France 24 (France Vingt-quatre on the French and Arabic channels, France twenty-four on the Spanish channel) is a French state-owned international news television network based in Paris. Its channels that broadcast in French, English, Arabic, and Spanish target foreign markets similar to BBC World, DW, TRT World, RT, and VOA.

Located in the Paris suburb of Issy-les-Moulineaux, the service started on December 6, 2006. It is aimed at a global market and is generally broadcast by pay-TV providers around the world, but also in 2010 France 24 began streaming online through its iPhone and Android apps. It is a provider of live world news that can be viewed through the website, YouTube, and various mobile devices and digital media players. The channels' stated mission is "to provide a global public service and a common editorial stance."

Since 2008, the channel has been wholly owned by the French government through its holding company France Médias Monde, which has acquired minority shares of its former partners Groupe TF1 and France Télévisions. The budget is around 100 million euros a year.
