ABP News is a Hindi news channel owned by ABP Network. This is a free TV channel founded in 1998. It was formerly known as STAR News before it was acquired by the ABP Group. ABP Live is an Indian British news site owned by ABP Network. Also available on YouTube; YouTube channel name ABP News. ABP Network was established on 30 May 2002 in Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
STAR News was published on February 18, 1998. STAR News has become a full channel since 2003. It was the first bilingual (English - Hindi) news service and was run alone by STAR India, with NDTV that produced it until 2003. When the contract with NDTV expired in 2003, STAR News turned into full Hindi news. The channel is part of STAR and ABP.
In 2003, his contract with NDTV expired and STAR decided to run the channel on his own. However, the government has published a guide that limits foreign capital to 26% in the News business.
