MediaOne TV (Malayalam: is ടിവി) is an Indian Malayalam TV channel operated by Madhyamam Broadcasting Limited. The channel was licensed in September 2011 and officially launched on February 10, 2013. The main studio is located in Welliparamba, Kozhikode, Kerala.
Erala Chief Minister Mr. Oommen Chandi opened the groundbreaking ceremony at MediaOne's headquarters and studio complex in Welliparambu near Kozhikode. On June 16, 2012, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Union of Indian Ministers, Wayalar Ravi, unveiled the MediaOne logo at the Kochi Le Meridian conference room.
The channel was officially launched on February 10, 2013 by former Defense Minister A.K. Antony at a gala event in Swapna Nagari, Kozhikode. former Chief Minister of Kerala Oommen Chandi, former opposition leader V.S. Ahutanandan, former Minister of Information Technology and Industry of Kerala P.K. Kunhalikutti, filmmaker Ranjit, leader of BJP Adv. Sridharan Pillai, writer Mukundan, Jamaat Islami Hind - Kerala Amir T Arifali and editor of Madhyamam-MediaOne O. Abdurahiman also made congratulatory speeches.

Kunjalikutti opened a news studio. Director Malayalam Ranjit released Media One TV's signature music at the opening ceremony.
