Roya TV is a privately owned independent Jordanian satellite television channel based in Amman and owned by the Sayegh Group.
Roya TV began broadcasting on January 1, 2011, with an operational mission targeting family and youth, promoting democracy, focusing on outreach activities for remote areas of the country, raising awareness of human rights and the empowerment of women.
The general programming of Roya TV consists of four periods: morning, noon, afternoon and night; most of the content is based on live shows.
