Imedi Media Holding (Georgian: იმედი მედია ჰოლდინგი) is a private television and radio company located in Georgia. The stations were founded by the Georgian media mogul Badri Patarkatsishvili. Today, they belong to the widow of Badri Patarkatsishvili and Georgian businesswoman Inna Gudavadze.
